momentum is a free, personal habit-tracking app, provided for your own individual use. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Accounts are for individual use; please provide an accurate email address so you can recover access.

You agree not to:

• use the app for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data;
• abuse, probe, or overload the infrastructure, or circumvent security or rate limits.

Your habits, check-ins, and other data are yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process that data in order to provide the app to you. We claim no ownership over it.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may modify or discontinue it at any time. Please keep your own copy of anything important.

momentum is a tool to help you track habits. It does not provide medical, psychological, or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, momentum is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app.

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
