Privacy Policy

• Account: your email address and a password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider).
• Profile (optional): a display name, a profile photo you upload, your time zone, and your chosen reminder time.
• Habit data: the habits you create, their schedules, and your daily check-ins.
• Notifications (optional): if you enable reminders, a push-subscription token for that browser or device.

We do not use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking, and there are no tracking cookies.

Your data is used solely to run the app: to show your habits, compute your progress, and send the reminders you opt into. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes, and we never show you ads.

Data is hosted on Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) in the European Union. If you enable reminders, push notifications are delivered through your browser’s push service (for example Google, Mozilla, or Apple), which receives only the message needed to display the notification.

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings; this removes your profile, habits, check-ins, uploaded photo, and notification subscriptions. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have additional rights; contact us and we will help.

momentum is not directed to children. Please do not use the app if you are under the age of digital consent in your country (generally 13 to 16).

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent change.
